The AC Kitchen Chef is responsible for preparation, cooking and service of hot and cold items. Must be dependable, professional and able to work independently. Adhere to all prepared written recipes for all menu items. Perform dinner set-up duties according to the Prep List schedule. Maintain health and sanitation standards. This position is 2pm to 10pm, 5 days per week. Weekends and holidays included. May be needed earlier or later depending on hotel needs. Minimum lifting of 20 pounds. Must be able to stand on feet a minimum of 6-8 hours per shift.
