Hospitality Is Our History

Our passion for hospitality began with the Provo, Utah TraveLodge in 1959. Motor Lodges
changed the way America traveled and our management company became a leader in the industry.

In the 70’s and 80’s, we grew with Hilton Hotels and other full service
properties including Downtown SLC redevelopment and new airport developments.

In the 1990’s, our company’s attention shifted into select service hotels, where today, we manage
efficient properties that operate at the top of their brands while competing for market share.

Trained for service and tuned to understand and anticipate our guest’s needs. The way we walk through each day is the measure of our success. Our contact with each guest leaves a lasting imprint. The memories they carry with them last a lifetime.

The complete guest experience is made up of many small touches. We align ourselves with Hospitality Brands that share our passion for the guest experience - brands that lead the industry with innovation and highest quality standards.

Whether you are born in the family or find your way brought into it,  we believe everyone we employ as our extended hospitality family. Joined at the heart, we take pride in each other’s success and devote ourselves to our common goals.
