Immediate Supervisor: Director of Revenue Management

Standard: 

1. Provide exceptional revenue management to every Hyatt hotel in the portfolio

2. Improve the perceived value of the hotel through a display of absolute professionalism

3. Maintain positive and constructive relationships with Hotels Leaders, Regional Teams, Corporate staff, and all Brand Liaisons

Job Summary: 

To evaluate, strategize and implement procedures to enhance property revenues and overall profitability.  Directly supervise all Hyatt properties rate and revenue strategies, completion of all revenue management duties. Direct and coordinate the strategies of the hotel to ensure maximum profitable fill.

Revenue Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversees revenue management strategies of the hotel(s), looking for ways to improve and adjust strategies for increased performance
  • Weekly calls with hotel team to evaluate performance and implement rate and strategy changes
  • Monitor competitor pricing and strategies
  • Manage daily rates and restrictions
  • Maintain forecast sheets and work with hotel team to identify needs of strategy changes
  • Work with hotel team on group pricing and strategies
  • Ensure all Hyatt systems are updated, utilized and working optimally
  • Ensure hotel team is trained in applicable Hyatt systems
  • Create and maintain hotel culture that focuses on increasing revenue
  • Provide and maintain proper reporting to assess revenue strategies and production
  • Work with hotel team to develop annual revenue budgets
  • Analyze weekly, monthly, annual performance and explain the results of the analysis
  • Complete all necessary Hyatt trainings and ensure all applicable personal are aware of changes to systems
